Ning: Choosing a Ning Profile Theme

Make sure you do the GoogleDocs Tech Tip first, before you do any other tips this semester.

You can choose a theme for your Ning page, with many different color and layout options. To choose your theme, click on My Page from the Ning main page, and then in the left-hand menu click on Manage My Page and then click on the Appearance link.

You can use the arrows to navigate through the pages of different theme options. When you see a theme you like, click the radio button next to the name of the theme, then click Save down at the bottom of the page. This will apply that theme to your page.

When you are done, send me an email containing the ADDRESS OF YOUR PROFILE PAGE and make sure you use this subject line for the email: TechTip Ning Theme.

When you have sent in the email, you can enter this tip on your GoogleDocs Checklist and then do the Gradebook Declaration for Extra Credit. Here is the text of the Gradebook Declaration you will complete:
