Tech Tips: Create an Image Collage

The image editing site BeFunky has a collage maker as one of its free services, and you can find other collage makers online too. For this tip, you will create a collage image using any service you want.

Here is a sample collage created by BeFunky:

sources: stream, oil, scorpion, Zeus, rice,

Gellert, donkey, tar-baby, Arion

Step One: Find images. Find the images you want to use and save them to your desktop. If you will be using the image in a blog post or webpage for class, make sure you also keep track of the image information for each image that will be in the collage.

Step Two: Make collage. If you want to use BeFunky Collage-Maker, you can log in there with your Google account; you don't have to create a special account. To upload images, just click "computer" (green button). You can then let it autofill the collage and/or you can drag and drop.

Step Three: Blog post. After you've made your collage, create a blog post with the title Collage Tech Tip, and include your collage image with the image information, and also tell us which collage generator you used. Use "Tech Tip" for the post label.

Finishing Up. After you've shared your collage in a blog post, you're all done here — and ready to do the Declaration.
