Technology Tips: Newspaper Clipping Generator

I think this little newspaper clipping generator is really fun, very retro and old-fashioned-looking! You can enter the name of the newspaper, the date, a headline, and then the text of the story. What you type will appear in the graphic as if it were a newspaper folded up. You might find this handy for a storytelling blog post in class, or you might use it for your Storybook if you are writing in newspaper style. Here's my sample clipping inspired by some Rama drama from the Indian epic Ramayana:

STEP ONE. Just go to the Fodey.com site and fill in the boxes that you see:

Click Generate! to see the clipping, and right-mouse click to save the image to your desktop.

STEP TWO. After you've generated your newspaper image, publish a blog post titled Newspaper Tech Tip and share the clipping that you created! Do you know of another newspaper clipping generator like this one, or something similar? Share any similar tools that you would like to recommend. Use the "Tech Tip" label so you can keep track of all your Tech Tip posts.

Finishing Up. That's all there is to it! After you've shared your image in a blog post, you're ready to do the Declaration.
