Week 2 Project: Brainstorm Topics and Build a Website

This week's assignment has two parts: you will do some research and brainstorm topics for a possible Storybook project AND you will use Google Sites to quickly build a simple website (really simple, I promise: just two pages!). I hope you will enjoy both parts of the assignment. Together, they will take you about one to two hours to complete, but you can do the two parts separately, and it's also up to you in what order you do this. If you are excited about learning how to make a website, by all means go ahead and do that part first. Here are the links to the specific assignment instructions.

(1) Myth-Folklore Topics OR Indian Epic Topics - appx. 60-90 minutes

(2) Practice Website - appx. 30-60 minutes

When you are done with both parts of the assignment, send me an email with the subject line Week 2 Topics and Website. Then include a link to the blog post with your Topics Brainstorm post AND a link to your practice website. As those assignments come in, I'll add them to the Project Stack, so you can check there to make sure I received your email. Depending on when you turn in the assignment, it may take me a few days to get comments back to you... but the sooner you can turn that in, the sooner you will get my comments!
